SERIOUS COMMUNITY EXIT CONCERNS

According to recent reports, we are ranked 1st in California and 13th in the United States for towns under 40,000 at risk during an Emergency Evacuation. Can we afford to compound these dire, reported statistics by increasing our community’s housing density by 110 units?   Are we placing lives at risk during times of Emergency?
