About Preserve The Village
Four years ago, this community was under siege by developers, challenging our historic community with a housing proposal slated to destroy the CVCC Clubhouse. The grass roots community advocacy group Preserve The Village formed and, with vast homeowner support, developers were turned away.
Today, developers are at our gates once again and our community is facing an even greater looming fate, bringing with them a 110-unit 62+ Senior rental housing proposal to replace community-designated recreational property. Preserve The Village believes in a better providence, advocating once again,
