SERIOUS COMMUNITY EXIT CONCERNS
According to recent reports, we are ranked 1st in California and 13th in the United States for towns under 40,000 at risk during an Emergency Evacuation. Can we afford to compound these dire, reported statistics by increasing our community’s housing density by 110 units? Are we placing lives at risk during times of Emergency?
OPEN SPACE and ENCROACHMENT
Trees, walking trails, scenic areas, demonstration garden, and natural floral and fauna make our community unique. Over the years, as we talk with homeowners, maintaining these Open Spaces are of primary importance. Invariably, Encroachment in our backyard areas comes up.
