Yes, it would be nice to have a beautiful building and the benefits offered, but I, Jim, personally have a very difficult time getting past two points; 1) the fact that once community recreational land is gone, it’s gone, and 2) concern over the precedent this may set, does this open up our community’s precious land for further re-development? Learn the facts and make an informed decision. If we are fortunate enough to be re-elected, the fiduciary responsibility to the community takes front-and-center. Russ and Jim will do our very best to support all of the community’s points of view. What are your thoughts?
